    How can I track my orders?

    Visit our tracking page, enter your AWB number or Order ID, and click “Track” to see the status of your shipment.

    You’ll find it in the confirmation email, SMS, or in your account dashboard under “Orders” or “My Shipments.”

    • Order Confirmed: We’ve received your order.

    • Shipped: The order has left our warehouse.

    • In Transit: It’s on the way to you.

    • Out for Delivery: The package is with the delivery agent.

    • Delivered: You’ve received your order.

    • Failed Delivery: There was a delivery issue — contact support.

    Yes! Enter multiple AWB numbers or Order IDs (separated by commas or new lines) on the tracking page to view each status.
